What's the rationale and where to view which search application will be used for a scenario? For example, after enabling virtual agent, a new search application is created automatically and will be used as the default search application for employee center AI search? How to recognize which search application is the default one for employee center? Thanks.

There is no direct element available, but you can check the relevant records. When you analyze them, you might need to look at the plugin details. There, you can see some application names, but there is no direct or easy way to view them.
