Dear all,
When your are in Service Operation Workspace and then select an Incident for instance to be display.
Then call the Now Assist tool which then gets display as below :
From where does the suggestion like Generate KB, Sumarize a records, .... ?
Are they related to list of active skills available for ITSM ?
The reason I was asking this is because I have understood that the now Assist Agent is displaying sugestion based on the context it is called, for instance if I change the Workspace to HR, I was expected to get other type of suggestion , is that wrong or miss understood ?
