7. How will my instance and users be impacted once the plugin is deprecated?

Once the application/plugin is deemed "deprecated" by ServiceNow it enters the deprecation state ("Deprecation State") and will no longer be deployed, enhanced, upgraded, improved, or supported. The application/plugin will remain active in the customer's instance during the Deprecation State however, it will be considered custom code and ServiceNow Technical Support Team will no longer be obligated to provide any services for it, including but not limited to the customer or technical support, maintenance patches, and/or bug fixes.

Can the outcome of certifying non-CMDB data still be achieved with the new alternatives such as CMDB Workspace v6.0+ application / CMDB Data Manager?

With CMDB Data Manager in CMDB Workspace you can setup Certification policies against tables across the ServiceNow Platform which does allow certifying CMDB or non-CMDB data.

 

Also, as of CMDB Workspace version 7.4.0, the ability to dot-walk assignment to any linked User or Group field is now available, which closes one gap from the legacy data certification module that is now deprecated.

As the Data Certification Plugin was deprecated in Zurich relies and with it also Certification Element [cert_element] is no longer available so with it we can not see the certification element state :

Do anyone Know how to show if the CI has been Certified or Failed in  "Data Certification experience in CMDB Workspace", so Using Data Manger ?? dose exist any field that shows if a CI record was certified and when ??
