What alternatives for Data certification do we have to manage non-cmdb tasks?

We were using Data certification to manage the subscription management activities and other non-cmdb tasks.

But with Data certification planned for deprecation, what alternatives do we have?

Did you check the data manager in the CMDB workspace?

You need to use Data Manager to create a certification policy, which has similar configuration options to the legacy version's combination of certification schedules and filters.

There is a replacement for Data Certification. It's a new type of CMDB Data Manager Policy.

To get started, open the CMDB Workspace and go to Management > Data Manager and create a new Policy with type "Certification".

The next screens provide similar configuration options as the old Certification Schedules: you can select the table (including non-CMDB tables) and filter, whom to assign the task to, which fields to certify, instructions and schedule.

This will generate CMDB Data Management tasks and users can find and complete their assigned tasks in CMDB Workspace.
