Hola Community, I had run a poll on my LinkedIn and YouTube channel if developers are using Inbound Actions and Inbound Flows (Flow Designer) for reading incoming emails. Upon checking the results, I saw developers are using both the options equally. After, I learned about Inbound Flows, I think I will hardly use Inbound Actions as it completely low code. They are easier to manage and develop. We have advanced options of development: Spokes, Error handling, see execution flow, call a sub flow and many more. I didn't write a single line of code for segregating emails using conditions or for attaching the attachments sent in email in the target record. Please let me know your thoughts on Inbound Flow in comments sections. In the below video, we will learn: 1) What is Inbound Flow 2) Various types of Mailboxes in ServiceNow 3) Demo to create an Inbound Flow and create an Incident record 4) Attach the attachments to the Incident record which was created Please connect with me on: YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/c/HarditSingh LinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/in/harditsingh88/ Cheers, Hardit Singh
