I work for a financial institution and so we have a lot of procedures for things like opening new accounts and loans. We have started developing walkthrough demos in Articulate/Storyline and would like to see if we can put them anywhere (either in knowledge articles or on our service portal). Has anyone done this before, and if so, can you give me any guidance on doing this?

You may be able to do this using iFrames. Instance‑level security (and HTML sanitization) may be a hurdle when trying to show Articulate/Storyline content in an iframe inside ServiceNow.

Hi Megan, Depending on what your Storyline content looks like, you might not need to embed it at all.
We have a tool called Amaze that runs natively in ServiceNow/KC and has a built-in decision tree component. For procedure-heavy content like account openings or loan walkthroughs, you can build the branching logic directly in the article.
That said, if you do want to keep using Storyline, Amaze also supports iframe embeds so you can still pull that content in. Either way it gives you more flexibility than the default editor.
I'd be happy to show you how it works. Feel free to reach out at maxwell.ruhr@intellective.co and we can set up a demo!
