My team and I are looking into using the Upgrade Plan feature, but on a test of the tool we came up with an important question and I can't find an answer: How do you know what has been captured in the Upgrade Plan at any given moment? When I use update sets, I can go to Customer Updates and see what I have there, if I'm missing something, or if I'd like to move an update to another update set. I can't find any detailed information like this in the Upgrade Plan. Is it somewhere?

Hi @Izzy B1
The Upgrade Plan feature in ServiceNow helps manage the overall process of upgrading your instance but does not provide detailed information about specific changes. If you want to track and manage individual changes during an upgrade, it's better to use update sets. Update sets allow you to capture and organize specific changes and easily move them between instances. The Customer Updates feature helps you view and manage these update sets. So, for detailed information about what has been captured during an upgrade, stick with update sets rather than relying on the Upgrade Plan.
