How to display variable on agent mobile app approval form.

I want to display a RITM variables on agent mobile app approval form how can I do that.

 

I want to configure like below attached image.

in Form field of Screen field on My Pending Approval.

How can I add 'sysapproval.ref_sc_req_item.variables' in form field.

Can you guide me step by step.

You can pick Approval for -> Questions . Which is the same.
For me unfortunately only ITIL users can see the variables in the mobile app and Non Itil Users cant see it.
