I am transitioning from Workflow to Flow and having difficulty with getting stages to operate correctly. In particular, I am unable to get a Request Cancelled stage to show up correctly when looking at the flow stage in a list view or in the portal. The screenshot below shows the problem. The flow executed to completion, and the RITM was put in the Request Cancelled stage correctly, but instead of a green checkmark to indicate that the Request Cancelled stage was completed, it shows as In Progress.
I have tried multiple things to try to get this to work, none of them with any success. Below is a screenshot showing how the flow is set up in Flow Designer. The update of the RITM is there only to set the Work notes, nothing else. How can I get Flow to properly close out the Request Cancelled stage?

Yes, the RITM gets closed automatically by setting the stage to Request Cancelled. And the REQ gets closed via a business rule

@ronprice Hi Ron, did you ever find a solution to this? I am running into the same issue.

The business rule attached to this article resolved it.
