Is there a way I can configure the list applications and modules on Service Operations workspace ? We use to configure this easily for agent workspace but unable to find the list components other than List page on the Sandiego instance

Hello ,
Yes after Quebec the legacy model of creating agent workspace, lists and modules has been removed and now we need to go through app engine studio and UI builder to create our custom workspace and lists and modules
So to create lists you need to create select a page as list in UI builder and drag and drop list components and configure the lists
Please accept the solution if it answers your question
Thanks

This is not correct. In order to add/edit the list configurations for the configurable Service Operations Workspace you do not need app engine studio or even to configure a new list page in UI Builder.
You just need to find the Default - SOW record in the sys_ux_list_menu_config table, and it will list all of the list categories and lists in the two related lists. You can add more categories and lists or change the current one through this configuration.
We also have an article explaining how this works and an easy way to get to those configuration records from within UI Builder here: Next Experience - WEP (Configurable) Workspace - Configuring Lists
