I would like the Rejection comments from a Group approval to copy to the Approval History of the Approving Document. Flow only allows specified individuals, groups or manual approvers. We have been using Workflow Editor and the Approval User option until now, which allowed us to bypass this problem. I found on the community that I can modify an OOB BR, but I wanted to know if there is a better way.
