Migrating Confluence Article's to ServiceNow's KB

Hey Folks, my company wants to migrate from Confluence to ServiceNow's Knowledge Bases. Is there a direct way mass-migrate articles from Confluence to SN-KB or are we looking at downloading each Confluence article as a .doc and then importing into SN?

Thanks in advance,

Just an update on this. Integration Hub standard is required to migrate content from Confluence to ServiceNow.

We used Easy Import for some article imports as we were migrating from various legacy systems. There are probably more automated ways of achieving a mass export/import, and it depends on the format you can extract the articles in, but using Easy Import was a lot faster for us than creating a single .doc document per article then importing in bulk.

You can also configure other attributes of the article as part of the import (type, valid to date, etc.).

Easy Import would only work for text-only articles, correct (No images)?

Yes, it doesn't accommodate images or attachments, which wasn't a massive issue for us given our content was mostly text based.

It does honour any HTML tags you include in the cells, which is very handy if you are importing into HTML fields.
