ServiceNow's chief differentiator is that its not installed locally. A greater part of the value of the solution is its cloud-hosted nature, freeing your customer from the preposterous costs of hosting, maintaining, and securing solutions of this nature.

Thanks Mr.Robert Fedoruk
Thank you for your detailed explanation and quick but I have this information. Some of our customers (ex: a bank) want to use in local host and ServiceNow also supports it.
Therefore, I wanted to learn the installation and configuration process.

To be as realistic as possible, you're not going to get this info. I've seen ServiceNow turn away large accounts rather than deploy locally.
There are several large banks and financial institutions using the cloud already, and more on the way with the introduction of solutions such as Edge Encryption (or the 3rd party vendors that provide it).
Of the handful of accounts that have been allowed to do on-prem installs, SN practically never uses partners or indie resources. The deployment is handled by a specialized team at ServiceNow.
