SN Utils not working on instance that does not contain service-now in url

Hello,

I have used SN Utils in past companies with no issues, but all of their urls have been similar to:

• https://[company name].service-now.com

The company I have recently joined has a completely different style url:

• https://enterprisenow.[company name].com

When I click the "Manage Extension" on the SN Util Google Extension Plugin and scroll to the bottom, there is a section "Automatically allow access on the following sites" which is turned on. There is also a sub-section  with the url's turned on and disabled. In that section there is 1 item "https://*service-now.com/"

How can I make my SN Utils work with this new style of URL?

For all non service-now.com URL's you can use the On Prem version, available in the Chrome Webstore

Hello Arnoud, is there an On Prem version for Edge browser? Chrome works splendid, but sadly I can't make it work in Microsoft Edge.

Have you tried installing the  OnPrem version from the Chrome Webstore in Edge? Usually, this should work.
