Update set retrieve is unavailable because another operation 'Retrieving update sets from ABC ' is running

HI I am getting below error when i go to update sources from last 7 days.

"Update set retrieve is unavailable because another operation 'Retrieving update sets from Dev' is running"

Can anyone kill the session or tell me how to restart my instance?

I'm running into this issue as well. Did you ever solve it?

Edit: I don't know if this solved it or if it was just a timeout, but when I went to the instance that was frozen on update set retrieval and selected 'Show Status' in the related links I showed 'successfully canceled' and then when I closed the dialog the options to retrieve update sets had returned.

Hi Sudhir,

Follow the below steps to kill the update set retrieval process,

1) Navigate to "sys_mutex.LIST"

2) search for the record "update-mutex"

3) Delete the record from the "sys_mutex" table
