I'm new to the application and have heard a lot of different ServiceNow specific language and acronymns. Is there a lexicon or Knowledge Article of ServiceNow lingo?

With ServiceNow being a platform with hundreds of applications I don't think there is a single place where all their acronyms are explained.

You can either find out more in the Product Documentation. or (usually faster) by doing an Internet search for "servicenow {acronym}".

And since you are new to ServiceNow I also recommend that you go through the "Welcome to ServiceNow" course on Now Learning where you will also learn a lot of the basics.
