OTSM Standard Change

Hi,

Anyone using standard change and willing to share their experience? I understand there is Standard Change in ITSM out of the box, but not available in OTSM.

Hey Tom,

If you are referring to change states, we wanted to expand a bit with these in OT.  For OTSM, we include two.  Standard and Advanced.  The Standard is the same as ITSM with some additional steps like LOTO and startup checks.  Advanced is the same with approval steps.

Hi Robby,

Thank you for responding! I am talking about using "Standard Change" catalog items with most of the data fields prepopulated. Please see image below. For example, patching a server can be standard change catalog item. But when using the standard change, it creates a CHG record instead of an OTCHG record. Is there a OTSM version of Standard Change where it creates a OTCHG record? CHG records do not show up in industrial workspace. Thanks!
