OTSM Standard Change

Hi,

Anyone using standard change and willing to share their experience? I understand there is Standard Change in ITSM out of the box, but not available in OTSM.

Thanks!

Thanks Tom!

There is a version that creates an OTCHG record.  You can find that in the industrial workspace for each equipment model entity.

We have a standard and advanced version template to start with

Hi Robby,

The images you showed are related to Creating a change ticket based on change modals and not related to "Standard Change". My question is about standard change where it's like a catalog item where most of the information are already filled out.

Thanks!

I got ya'.

That is possible for sure.  These examples above (OOB) do pre populate the area/site/device details but you could configure a template to include more data.

Hi Robby,

I understand those Playbook modals are out of the box and we can create templates with prepopulated fields by the system admin to make a standard change catalog item. But that approach doesn't offer the flexibility where a regular user can submit a template for approval and then once an approver approved the template and then it automatically becomes a catalog item in the Standard Change list. Thanks!
