During this week’s Performance Analytics and Reporting Office Hours, we reviewed how to add a Performance Analytics widget to a Service Portal.
Here is an example showing a Performance Analytics widget showing Community Activity on the top of the Leader Board page on the Community Service Portal.
Leveraging the Performance Analytics Service Portal Widget, we saw that this was a simple and quick to do; requiring no code and can be done with just a few clicks.
