I need to send a report of active incidents to all the managers that have them
...but not to those who don't
...and only send them their incidents, not everyone's.
How many of us have seen this requirement? In our Performance Analytics Academy session on November 4th, we discussed how to Leverage Analytics in your Workflows, in this session from December 2nd, we discuss Leveraging Workflows in our Analytics.
We built on what we learned before to create a workflow that allows us to create a burst reporting flow by leveraging standard ServiceNow Reports, Dynamic Filters, and Flow Designer to make it happen.
