Back in April, during Performance Analytics and Reporting Office Hours, we covered the basics of Formula Indicators. Formula Indicators provide a powerful way to gain more knowledge from existing indicators. They allow us to transform and normalize indicators into meaningful KPIs.
We also discussed the powerful PAFormulaUtils API introduced in Madrid which lets us get even more insight into our existing indicators. Insights that will help us better target performance improvements to our business processes.
