During the Performance Analytics Academy on September 9th, we covered new and updated out-of-box analytics and reporting solutions. We provided an overview of Paris’s new and updated content and reviewed some notable solutions for CSM, ITSM, HR, Platform, and ITBM. [Full presentation attached below.] 

If you're not familiar with Performance Analytics and Reporting out-of-box solutions, they are prebuilt dashboards, indicators, and reports. They make it easy to determine what KPIs to get started with when measuring the performance management of your ServiceNow application. We create them so you don't have to!
