On April 17th, 2024, we hosted a Platform Analytics Academy session discussing Proactive Analytics. This session focused on how Proactive Analytics can automate the extraction of insights from your workflows. Participants learned how to set up notifications on their Platform Analytics dashboards to inform them about important changes and events in their processes. It was an ideal session for those interested in understanding more about how Proactive Analytics works and its benefits.
