Hi everyone, in coming Platform Analytics Academy on Sep 30 we'll be looking into the status and capabilities of Pyramid Analytics within our platform.
We teased this in previous Academy sessions, where we briefly showed the art of the possible, and we gave an update of the feature enhancements in last Academy (What's New in Brazil, part 2).
Now it's time to explain where we are with this. We'll show a few slides on current progress of integrating the Pyramid Analytics platform into ServiceNow & how it fits within the larger ADA (Autonomous Data Analytics). But mostly we'd like this session to be a demo and Q&A. Where we show a very common use case from start to finish. Where you have data, you use this to build a new dashboard with, using interactivity through filters and the charts. Showing you how end users would consume this, how they work actively work with the dashboard. As well as ways to present the dashboard (through export or presentation mode).
