ServiceNow's been flirting with this feature for YEARS, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it deployed officially in Quebec.
It takes some getting used to, so I'd highly recommend getting your PDI to Quebec version and exploring its use.
TL;DR? ServiceNow's Analytics Q&A is useful not only for customers who don't want to wrangle with the criteria builder, but also for ServiceNow admins who, with a little practice, can write queries faster than they can be built with criteria builder.
