Hello Stimson,
For my understanding, are you referring to the "show records" which is shown in the analytics hub after clicking on a widget?
To modify the columns that are shown in the list behind this button, you'll need to update the indicator source and adjust the view.
1. Open your automated indicator
2. Open the related indicator source (in the source tab)
3. Update the "List view" button shown in the tab "Records view":
Note that these views are the same views that you find on your standard list views.
You may want to consider to create a separate PA view.
If my post helped you, please click the accept solution button and hit the thumbs up! Thank you!

Hi @Stimson ,
When you're in a automated indicator, click "show all records" and afterwards hit the gear icon:
Here you can personalize the list columns:

Hi @Stimson
To add a new column to be displayed in an automated indicator in ServiceNow, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to the automated indicator: Go to the Performance Analytics module and select "Indicators" from the menu. Then, click on "Automated Indicators".
Create a new automated indicator: Click on the "New" button to create a new automated indicator. Fill in the required fields, such as the name and calendar.
Configure the indicator source: The indicator source specifies the table and conditions for filtering records. You can select an existing indicator source or create a new one.
Add a new column: Once you have created the automated indicator, you can add a new column to be displayed. To do this, you may need to customize the indicator source or modify the breakdowns associated with the indicator.
Please note that the specific steps may vary depending on your ServiceNow instance version and configuration.
For more detailed information and step-by-step instructions, you can refer to the ServiceNow documentation:
- Automated Indicators - ServiceNow Developers
- Create an automated indicator - Product Documentation | ServiceNow

Thanks @DpkSharma , @AndersBGS, @JaeggerLegane
There is "show records" button once the indicator is created.
Once that is switched ON we can see the data corresponding to the specific date.. I would to add few more columns to the display.
