Hi all,

In AWA Operation Dashboard under Queue Manager tab Agent Presence &Capacity report is shared with the user having awa_agent role.

the report is showing Security constraints prevent access to requested page even the shared with awa_agent role user.

can anyone help me on this.

You'll need to check the Read ACLs for whatever table that report is referencing. I suspect that awa_agent role does not have read access to that table.

Verify that "Rejected Work Items" report is shared with awa_agent role and also if they have access to the corresponding details.
