Benchmark Dashboard showing scores zero

Hi All,

 

I am facing an issue in Benchmark Dashboard in my organization PROD instance. 

Few of the widgets showing zero in the benchmark dashboard. 

I have checked all the associated PA jobs those are running daily without any errors and when I see those Benchmark PA indicators in the analytics hub it is showing scores correctly but in the benchmark dashboard it is showing zero for past 2 months.
The KPI conditions are all fine and there was no modification done or any historical job ran for the benchmark indicators.

Can any one please help?

We have raised a HI ticket with ServiceNow and they informed that it is a issue which is fixed in Utah patch 5.

So only solution is to upgrade the instance to Utah patch 5.
