I would like to know if it is possible to have a breakdown source and breakdown on the created/opened field of the incident/change request table with oob date time aggregations as below. Similar to date range interactive filter which allows users to filter the standard report based on the date time field, I want one of formula indicator to breakdown based on the created date.
Note: I know about creating buckets. But I am Trying to achieve with oob date time aggregations from ServiceNow as I have to map this breakdown source to an interactive filter in the dashboard to make it work with standard reports and PA widgets together.
