Calendar Report

I have created a calendar report and I want to open a record producer form by clicking on the desired date in the calendar and selecting the desired time slot  .  please suggest me the process on how to open the form .

A report is showing you data that is in the database. Through Platform Analytics you can adjust the click through behavior of opening a record producer if needed, but that won't fill it with a data of a selection you make on a report.
