Calendar View for Reports overlapping??

So got this reported to me by a staff member.

He is in the filtering/conditions part of a Report and when he clicks on the Calendar view, it shows up like this..

MicrosoftTeams-image.png

Instead of the normal view like this:

Anyone know why this is happening and it's not affecting everyone and it doesn't happen all the time.  It doesn't appear to matter what browser is being used either (Google, IE, etc.) and then if that person logs out then logs back in it's just fine...

So random - just wanted to find out if there is a setting I can possibly change to stop this from happenning.

Thanks!

Looks like its happening only Tokyo Patch 10.  Upgrading to Utah will fix the issue.

Hello Terrieb,

This is likely because of the theme in the users profile.
The 1st screenshot is the Next Experience UI theme and the 2nd screenshot is the old UI theme.

For users with the 2nd screenshot:
1. Top right click on settings icon
2. Click the button turn on next experience:

It's recommended to have users use the Next Experience UI theme, since the the Vancouver release will no longer allow you to switch to the old UI interface.

We are using the Next Experience UI Theme for some time now.  The option you show above does not appear in the users profile/theme to make the change so where is that change made?

The screenshot that you described as the "normal view", is however not from the OOTB Next Experience Theme.

Does your organization work with a custom theme? If not, can you ask the impacted user to take a screenshot of his theme settings? (rightclick initial top right -> Preferences -> Theme)
