Calendar View for Reports overlapping??

So got this reported to me by a staff member.

He is in the filtering/conditions part of a Report and when he clicks on the Calendar view, it shows up like this..

Instead of the normal view like this:

Anyone know why this is happening and it's not affecting everyone and it doesn't happen all the time.  It doesn't appear to matter what browser is being used either (Google, IE, etc.) and then if that person logs out then logs back in it's just fine...

So random - just wanted to find out if there is a setting I can possibly change to stop this from happenning.

We are upgrading to Utah on that instance very soon.  That would also explain why it wasn't happening in our two non-prod instances as they are on Utah...
