Hi All,
I have requirement where, we need to show report for MTTR using incident table.
I tested this in lower environment and found the similar Indicator which has required conditions.
But, when I used that indicator in Workspace, it is not showing required output.
Below is the Report created in Classic UI (Without Indicator).
Graph looks like below (without Indicator)
With Indicator:
This is the indicator source; I found and need to create above report in Platform analytics workspace.
Can anyone please help how to create above report using this indicator source?

Let's follow the step to create your reports in the Platform Analytic Workspace.
1. Open the Platform Analytic Workspace > the Data Visualizations tab > Click New
2. Choose the Line chart type.
3. Config as following below

Thanks for looking into this and creating one.
However, I am looking for the report using the indicator source as below.
I have the required indicator which contains the breakdown for Service Offering.
Would you be able to help with this please?
Thanks,
RK

Then you'll need to create an Automate Indicator instead of normal reports/visualization
1. Navigate to Performance Analytics > Indicators > Automated Indicators
2. New and configure as following
3. Under Breakdown related list, add Service Offerings.
4. Add Collection Jobs to your indicator. Sample OOTB
Then, back to Platform Analytic Workspace, it should visible in the KPIs tab.

Hi @Tai Vu ,
This is how data is getting displayed in my data visualization.
It should be looking like the report we created on 'Incident' table.
Thanks,
RK
