creating a visualization

While on the support page I noticed a particular visualization for our cases and I wonder if anyone knew how to create this one in particular.  We could have several uses for this type of visualization

Reports and dashboards are easy to create.
However, the data is real-time. For a snapshot, you need performance analytics.

Just a little more on this request. I want the option to switch between the two  visualization types in the upper right.

You cannot switch graphs.
It would be more convenient to display them as separate graphs on the side.
