I have a dashboard consisting of various reports, and when I add a user to the dashboard, they can't see the reports when they access it. However, if I grant the user access to each report individually, they can see the report's values and graphs within the dashboard. But this process becomes time-consuming when there are around 20 reports in a single dashboard. Is there a solution for this issue?

Hi @harikrishna De1 ,
Yes, this is the default behavior, as you both need to share the Dashboard and the reports, and there is no easy way. In general going forward, I would recommend you to share all the reports with a group instead of a user. By doing this you can grant access to the group instead of adding a user manually every time.

Hi,
Yes this is expected behaviour and we have to grant access to individual report added on dashboard.
Thanks

Hi Harikrishna,
You can try loading the records using data source in sys_report_users_groups table directly.
This is the table that stores what reports are share with users and groups.
