Please guide me when we need to use Relative start and end to 0 and in which condition we need to put 1 in Relative start and end,Please guide me as i am new to this forum

Hi @ABC6 ,
The relative start, if run time is 23:00, and the relative start is 0 days ago, it will collect every records which match the criteria for current day. If set to 1 instead of 0, then it will collect every records which match the criteria for yesterday. e.g.
I have a job with relative start 1 and end 1 which is running at 01:00 at night, which collect data from yesterday:
So basic, forget the relative and read it as data should be from 1 day ago to 1 day ago.

Gone through the Docs article ,still did not have a clear picture in which condition or what circumstance we need to use Relative Start and End to 0 and when to 1, as i have seen in Data collector for Change Success Store Daily Job is using 0 in Relative Start and end OOB but other than Change Success Score Servicenow is using Relative Start and end to 1, Still i don't have clear picture about it ,Please guide me

Do we have any understanding why the ServiceNow unexpectedly used 0? When I look at the indicator sources used for one of the Data Collector Daily Job “Change success score metrics (Daily),” I see “closed in the last 30 days,” and “closed yesterday.” If the job’s sources are already looking backdate (yesterday and last 30 days), then in that case what will be the correct relative start and end… as for this JOb ServiceNow Set 0 in relative start and end
