Hello team ,
We are in Process to Preparing Report, however there is a field called
it is not showing when i am trying to do group by
Why it is happening ?

Hi @pramn ,
It is not possible to use "Group By" on List type fields (fields that hold multiple values such as users or groups) in ServiceNow reports or list views. The platform restricts group by operations to single-value fields for stability and performance reasons, as each unique List field combination would create a separate group—making aggregation and summary unreliable.
