How to get the count of engineers who have resolved/closed tickets in the range of 0-10, 11-20, 21-40, 40 and Above from month on month .
I wanted to depict the engineers count against that bucket ranges which I have specified ,
These are the steps which I had followed:
1) Created a bucket group of the range , 0-10, 11-20, 21-40, 41 and above .
2) Created a breakdown and breakdown source and attached this bucket group to the breakdown source.
3) I have already created an indicator to get the closed tickets month on month for the last 8 months
4) Now I wanted to see , how many engineers closed/resolved the tickets from the range of 0-10 in a certain month , how many engineers closed/resolved from the range 11-20 and etc..
I did try to get , but it did not come as per expected output.
Please let me know how can this be resolved
