Global search is not working as expected.

After configuring the next experience UI in instance then the global search is not working as expected, and when I'm opening any record it is opening in the workspace but not in the global search.

Hi @sop4005 ,

 

Check if the default search is  set to Global, rather than a workspace.

By default if a record match is found it will open the record instantly in global or workspace rather than a search.

Hello Sanjay, 

In the dropdown, I could not find the global option. I can only see a few workspace names. Please tell me how to enable the global option in the dropdown.
