how is report_stats table updated ?

Hi All,

We are trying to reduce the number of report which have last run greater than 5 months. So I am trying to create a flow which triggers on report_stats table when last run is older than 5 months

When does report_stats get updated ? any scheduled job or event based ?

Do have any other solution to take care of last run older than 5 months or something like that?
