Hi @Vijaykumar K ,
this is straight out of the box when talking performance analytics, automated indicators and formula indicators. Where do you get stuck? What have you done so far?

Hi @Vijaykumar K ,
if you’re not familiar with performance analytics and if you have it enabled on your instance, I would recommend you to start here: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-intelligence/performance-analytics-pa-fundamentals-on-dem...

Hi @Vijaykumar K ,
This is the similiar one i created not the very exact one.
1. create the formula indicator and add the two contributing indicators
2. For each contributing indicator have to add the indicator source and data collection jobs
3. In the indicator source add the condition you need
4. This is one of the contributing indicators ,have to follow the steps 2,3 for another one indicator
5. create a widget and add it to the dashboard
Things to remember,
1.Is it need any breakdowns to filter your data
2.Indicator source and its condition.
3.what is the data you want to collect from the source.
Hope, this one helps you to find your solution.
Thanks,
Poonkodi
