Data source : Incident Table
July 28th the team has 40 tickets as backlog
July 29th the team has 30 tickets as backlog
July 30th the team has 10 ticket as backlog
How do we store the information for the past, present data in the same report
Currently when the report is run daily the number from the example only project the currently date data which is july 30th and past data is not shown in the PA.
When the number changes, we can’t accurately track the data.
Is it possible to make the state static because for now the ticket is moving in real time. Hope my explanation is clear. Please see example below:

What does your job look like? Is it really only collecting 1 day, or is it collecting over a longer period? It seems to be overwriting on a daily base.

I think there is a way to use performance analytics or create a custom table and use a scheduled batch process and custom script to store and report on the number of backlog tickets per day.

You can use time series widgets without needing to have Performace Analytics.
