How to report on time between assignment group transfers in incidents (A - B)

Hi Community,

I would like to generate a report in ServiceNow that calculates the start and end time when incidents are transferred between two specific assignment groups:

• assignment group 1

• assignment group 2

Objective:

We want to measure the end-to-end cycle time for incidents that move between these two groups — specifically, the duration incidents spend in each group and the time between those group transfers.
