We are facing an issue with Interactive Filters (Breakdowns), Indicators, and Domain Separation in Platform Analytics and would appreciate any guidance.
Our domain hierarchy is structured approximately as follows:
Parent Domain A
└── Child Domain B
├── Child Domain C
└── Child Domain D
The agents/users belong to the lower-level child domains C and D.
The Indicators and Breakdowns are configured in the Global domain, while the Interactive Filter choices are configured at different levels of the domain hierarchy, including the parent domains.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Platform Analytics Interactive Filters/Breakdowns in a domain-separated environment?
