Hi all,
Do you guys know how to activete the KPI's so the data can be collected and displayed on the IT Agent Dashboard? The dashboard doesn't show anything right now.

Make sure required plugins are activated and data collection jobs are run. Refer below link for more details

To activate and display KPIs on the IT Agent Dashboard in ServiceNow Service Operations Workspace, ensure that the necessary Performance Analytics plugins are activated, such as com.snc.pa.request2, com.snc.pa.premium.all_content, sn_sd_itsm, com.snc.pa.self_service_analytics, and sn_itsm_analytics; duplicate the oob dashboard to enable customization; configure and assign relevant KPIs to the dashboard; and verify that data collection jobs are scheduled and executing correctly, as the dashboard relies on these metrics to display data.....
