I am trying to build a report for all monthly time sheets that are submitted so we can easily compare them to the monthly report that is sent to us by the contracting company we use. We just implemented the SPM module and are moving people into SN for time tracking.
Is there a way to fully manipulate how a report looks? What i mean is, if i want specific column that is automatically on the left, to be on the right at the end of the data (like a sum total or a project name) How would i go about that? Is the report module what i want to be using or should i use something else.
I would like to have the users names in Column A. The name of the company they belong to in B, the name of the project they submitted a time sheet for in C and then the next 4 columns will be each week starting for the last month (maybe 5 depending on the month) and how many time sheets were submitted in each week per user, and then the total hours accumulated from those 4 (or 5) weeks with of time submitted on the right. Not the total amount of time cards submitted, but the total hours.
