Hi All,
I have requirement where, we need to show report for MTTR using incident table.
I created the report in Classic UI so, below is the one.
But, when I created using indicator, it did not give expected results.
Report in Classic UI:
Filter Conditions:
Graph Looks like this.
Graph using Indicator:
Source and additional conditions:
But the graph looks as below:
The time ranges are totally different, even if it is average.
Can you please help to identify where I am going wrong?
Let me know, if any additional information is required.
Thanks..

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,
Please not that reports created through the report designer runs when you open the report based on the conditions given. Performance analytics creates snapshots for data and then provide a visualization based on the conditions given. As your screenshots is very small, it's difficult to see what you have configured - please enlarge, then it will be much easier to help you.

Hi @AndersBGS,
Thanks for looking into this.
Here are the 4 same Screenshots attached above.
SS1: Filters in Classic UI
SS2: Graph in Classic UI
SS3: PA Indicator
PA Indicator Additional Filters in same indicator
Visualization looks as below:
There is huge time difference in classic UI and PA indicator graph.
Need to know, where I am going wrong.
Let me know, if you need more information.
Thanks.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,
Based on your indicator source condition, I would assume that it's either your job or condition that is incorrected. You haven't set any timeframe in the condition. So when the job runs, it will query all table to find all records that give a match.
