MTTR Report using Performance Analytics Indicator

Hi All,

I have requirement where, we need to show report for MTTR using incident table. 

I created the report in Classic UI so, below is the one. 

But, when I created using indicator, it did not give expected results.

Graph Looks like this.

Source and additional conditions:

But the graph looks as below:

The time ranges are totally different, even if it is average. 

Can you please help to identify where I am going wrong?

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

The Historical Job data collection is only about for how many days, weeks, months that you would like to collect (how many snapshots that should be taken), it's not about limiting the data in the table e.g. created on today, created on this week or created on this month. 

So basic, when a job run today it will collect all records - when a jobs run tomorrow, it will collect all records (same as previous day) including the tomorrow.

Hi @AndersBGS, 

I have applied this filter in Indicator source. So, I guess there is no gap in conditions.

Here, I am using this indicator source and additional conditions to collect the data.

Ok, perfect - and how have you configured the visualization? "by month" to sum the score or?
