Our team is looking for a way to report how many hits (aka views) our published KB articles from a specific knowledge base receive on a monthly basis, using a multi-level pivot table to track the metrics. Ideally, this report would display the KB article number/short description as rows, while the columns would display the month (and year) that each article was viewed. The data would be aggregated by the total # of views (i.e. the sum).
We know that the multi-level pivot table does NOT allow us to trend this data by month. If it's possible, how can we best utilize Performance Analytics to report the above?
