Hi Team , There is a below requirment 

can you request help or assistance from ServiceNow to implement indicators breakdown on the location fields.

I would like to drill down our KPIs from the region to the country down to the city.

But I can see , only country is suggestion field ,  

Region is 

and  city field 

Is that Possibility to create the breackdown as client want , if yes can someone guide me how ? else what is other way to achieve this requirement

you mean to say Intractive filter needs to be created ?

Depends on what is your business requirement and what is the objective of dashboard.

For example, If you are trying to show list of CIs in a specific region, country and location, you can create global filters and get the desired list of CIs by using 'follow the filter' option. It is not recommended to create breakdowns for string data type and not sure if it is even supported.
